BBQ Chex Mix3 Cups Rice Cereal
3 Cups Corn Chex Cereal
(or 6 cups crispix cereal)
1 1/2 cups pretzels
1 1/2 cups bite-size cheese snack (Cheez-Its-or Try Tabasco flavor )
3/4 Cup Honey Roasted Peanuts
1/2 Cup BBQ Sauce
1 TBSP Vegetable Oil
3/4 tsp Onion Powder
3/4 tsp Garlic Powser
Stir together cereals, pretzels, crackers, peanuts and seasonings in large bowl -set aside
Stir together BBQ sauce & oil until blended (suggestion-microwave to gel them together)
Pour over cereal mixture in bowl, stirring until evenly coated.
Spray 9x13 pan. Spread Cereal mixture in pan
Bake @ 250 degrees for 1 hr, stirring every 10-15 minutes
Spread on aluminum paper or wax paper to cool
Store in an airtight container
