Something SWEET for superbowl 2/5

Can't Leave Alone Bars
these are sure to please everyone
I was first introduced to these last summer by a friend of mine-Thanks Chelsey!

I recently have been plagued by a stomach virus and as today being one of the first days I feel like I can eat again these Bars came to mind-they are truly one of my favorites

instead of bringing all the salty foods to your superbowl party make up a double batch of these
Can't leave Alone Bars to Share-and remember to bring the recipe for your friends:)

Can't Leave Alone Bars Recipe

Prep Time: 20 Minutes
Bake Time: 20 Minutes
Makes: 24-36 Bars
Level of Ease: Super Easy!
***I highly recommend making a double batch for large groups

Ingredients
  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package white cake mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, cubed

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine the dry cake mix, eggs and oil. With floured hands, press two-thirds of the mixture into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking pan. Set remaining cake mixture aside.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the milk, chocolate chips and butter. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 45 seconds; stir. Microwave 45-60 seconds longer or until chips and butter are melted; stir until smooth. Pour over crust.
  3. Drop by teaspoonfuls of remaining cake mixture over top. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool before cutting.

this is what is should look like when your
placing 2/3 of the cake mixture into the greased pan

make sure the chocolate chips are completed
melted together with the butter/milk
your pan should resemble something of this
after adding in the extra 1/3 of cake batter
just before going into the oven

Let cool before cutting and Serving-Enjoy!
