Easy Hash Brown Egg Bake

If your like me you love egg bakes-but don't have a lot of time
I found this yummy recipe online tweeked it alittle and thought I would share!

Hash Brown Egg Bake



Ingredients:
1 32oz pkg shredded hashbrowns
 thawed ( you could use the hash browns with veggies in them also for more color)
1 lb bacon, cooked and chopped
( I used 2 lbs of bacon you could also substitute the bacon for a breakfast sausage or combine the 2 together depending on how meaty of a dish you prefer)
1/4 cup sauteed onions (more or less depending on preference)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 Tsp Salt
8 eggs
2 Cups Milk
1 Dash Paprika

Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine hashbrown, bacon, onions, salt and cheese
2. Place mixture into 9X13 greased pan
3. In a bowl beat eggs-add in milk  and mix together until smooth
4. Poor milk/eggs over hasbrown mixture
5. Sprinkle a dash of paprika on top
6. Bake uncovered @ 350 degrees for 45-50 mins 
(I covered mine with tin foil and for the last 8-10 mins baked uncovered and sprinkled with more cheese)

Serves about 4-8 people

place leftovers in the refrigerator

***This dish may be prepared in advance; cover and refrigerate
take out 30 mins prior to baking

Serve together with fresh fruit and enjoy a yummy delish breakfast!
